New preprints on bioRxiv!

We have two new preprints out on different aspects of heterogeneity in clefting. In "Genome Wide Interaction Studies Identify Sex-Specific Risk Alleles for Nonsyndromic Orofacial Clefts" we report new gene-by-sex interactions for cleft lip with or without cleft palate. In "A novel method for systematic genetic analysis and visualization of phenotypic heterogeneity applied to orofacial clefts" we developed a new analysis and visualization strategy to study genetic differences between cleft lip, cleft lip and palate, and cleft palate only.
